I made this in about 5 minutes for dinner tonight.
1. Boil one of the bags of RTE Indian meals (100% natural ingr. 0 preserv.) (in this case, Paneer Tikka Masala) and the RTE Vegetable Pulao rice, in the same pot of water.
2. Fry up some meat and seasoning (in this case, shrimp and coarse pepper etc.)
3. Mix it together and throw some herb on top (in this case, dried cilantro)
Great, fast, easy and cheap.
