Cut off a chunk of the pork sirloin and put in a ziplock bag with your favorite marinade overnight (see general web search on various recipies for marinades) Put the pork and marinade in a pot with a lid and cook on low for about 4 hours...yes 4 hours...good things come to those who wait. Take out the pork and pull apart with a fork. Make a gravy with the remaining sauce in the pan..add milk and flour if needed. Don't put the flour directly in. Mix it with the milk in a mug until all the lumps are out..then add it. Make hot roast pork and gravy sandwiches with mixed veggies on the side...which eventually I throw on top and eat all together.
