
2 Big time Aussie beef rib racks for big time meals. Size is about 2.7 kilos. Price is about 1,088 won/100grams. Try to find anything close to that at your local butcher / supermarket for even pork let alone beef. (Ribs in the bagged picture are only about 2,000 kg, so picture ribs 35% larger. 1,070 w / 100 grams!
WARNING: These King Beef Ribs are not for the faint hearted!
1. Chop into fours
2. Throw into ziplock bags into freezer if desired
3. Pull out and thaw when needed
4. Peal off the skin/cartilage layer on the backside of the ribs for easier eating.
5. Steam or boil with herbs and spices thoroughly on low. The longer the better until meat is close to falling off the bone. (to cook and tenderize the meat)
6. Coat with Bullz-Eye or your favorite BBQ sauce
7. Brown in reg. or Toaster oven, or BBQ (careful not to burn the tops)
8. Choose a fav. side dish / salad (see our forums section for some ideas)
