So what exactly does Nice Deli do? Well basically we provide you with a range of western/foreign products delivered to your door which are:

  • Hard to find
  • Inconvenient to get
  • Difficult to order (due to language barriers, ridiculous sign up policies)
  • A little taste of what you're used to back home

In essence we are your personal shoppers scouring Korea to find the goods that you desire to fill your stomach, fill your fridge and make your home (at least your kitchen) feel more like your own.

Here are some other questions which you may be asking, if they're not answered here feel free to post, please keep them specific and polite.

1. Are you a licenced business?

Yes, after considerable effort we are now a fully licenced online retailer, legally registered in Korea.

2. Does Nice Deli have access to any of my financial information?

No, by using PayPal Nice Deli is free from having to deal with your financial information. This is good for us and secure for you. Learn more about PayPal's Fraud and Buyer Protection.

3. Why do you only accept PayPal payment in US Dollars?

PayPal does not accept payment in Korean Won. However, this does not affect the amount in Korean that you pay. It is always the Korean price listed beside the meats.

4.What is the expiry date for the meats? How about the quality?

The expiry date is located on the front package on a small price tag style sticker or stamped into the package. All meats adhere to HACCP and Korean Food Standards.

5. Will prices ever change?

It’s possible that price fluctuations may occur if there were drastic currency exchange rates. However, we strive to maintain reliable prices and don’t foresee any major price changes. This is inline with out business philosophy: Great ! Convenient ! Constant!

6. Are the meats guaranteed in stock all the time?

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee this as we don’t make the meat ourselves. However, we will do our best to meet your needs and have many alternatives to what you may ideally want.

7. Where does the meat come from?

The meat is both Australian and Korean, through a Seoul distributor. The deli meat however, is European modeled, not Koreanized.

** Jeju Island and other outlying Islands and areas way off the main transportation grid will cost a little more to ship to and may take an additional   day.
